Stefan has advised on a large number of major domestic and cross-border acquisitions and transactions. He advises numerous companies on the establishment of their businesses and the handling of their national and international trade. He is also a litigator in Court, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

He worked as a legal counsel for major real estate and property development companies on the realisation of large business parks and real estate projects.

Stefan is author of various publications and speaks at seminars for well-known seminar organisations, covering a broad range of commercial legal issues. He is a member of the board of the Canadian-German Lawyers Association and president of the Canadian German Business Club. He joined Osborne Clarke in July 2001.
